I have a very active life outside of this secret world, and I have to plan for our dates! Oddly enough, I’m not just sitting around in a hotel all day 😊 So, cancellations really wreak havoc on my schedule. I do understand that things happen, but I’ve adjusted my policies for this reason.

I understand that life can sometimes get in the way of exciting plans that you’ve been fantasizing about. If you need to cancel, your deposit will be held for a future booking. When you’re ready to book again, another 25% deposit will be needed to confirm the new date.
If you cancel within 48 hours of our scheduled date, a cancellation fee of 25% (on top of my rate) will be due immediately.
cancellation policy for exclusive travel
Travel requires lots of planning, so please make sure that if you need to cancel our trip, you do so at least 3 days before my departure. Your deposit will be held and applied to our next trip, and a fee of $1000 will be due immediately. Any flight change fees will also need to be covered by you.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel our date, you will receive 100% of your deposit back.
